New Brunswick Labour Incentive Film Tax Credit
This tax credit, administered by New Brunswick Film, is equal to 40% of eligible New Brunswick labour expenditures, capped at 50% of total production costs.

Eligibility
  • The production company must be incorporated in Canada.
  • The production company must have a permanent establishment in New Brunswick.
  • The production company must be primarily engaged in the business of film production.
  • The production company must have total assets of less than $25 million.
  • The production company must pay at least 25% of its salaries to New Brunswick residents.
  • The production company must not hold a broadcasting license.
